David Stronach

MEET OUR TEAM

Rashaan
Athletic Performance Coach
Hailing from Norfolk State University by way of St. Georges Technical High School, Rashaan brings a multi-sport background in basketball, football, and track into a performance-driven training style.
He's worked with top East Coast AAU circuits like Zero Gravity Basketball and Premier One Events, and founded Superior Sports to develop athletes at all levels.
Now based in San Diego, Rashaan specializes in bridging the gap between skill and physical performancecombining game reps with strength, movement, and decision-making.
With a background in ABA, he also brings a mental performance edgehelping athletes stay focused, confident, and consistent.

Eric
Lead Physical Therapist
Eric grew up in the Bay Area, participating in a wide range of sports and martial arts from a young age. He fell in love with San Diego during his time at UC San Diego and, after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2020, returned to serve the San Diego athletic community.
Eric has worked with individuals across the full spectrum of performance and recoveryfrom critically ill patients in the ICU to elite athletes, including those competing at the MLB level. His approach emphasizes not just injury rehabilitation, but building durable, resilient bodies that move efficiently and perform with confidence.
He is passionate about helping active individuals understand their bodies, train intelligently, and return to sport stronger than before. In his free time, Eric enjoys climbing, surfing, yoga, reading sci-fi and fantasy, and travelingactivities that continue to shape his perspective as both a clinician and an athlete.
