MEET THE FOUNDER
David Stronach


Jenni Haney
Yoga/Mindfulness Lead and Events Coordinator
Jenni began her yoga teacher training in 2017 and has since built a diverse, independent career in the wellness and fitness space. She has taught across a variety of settings, including independent gyms, physical therapy offices, and studio environments, working closely with clients to support mobility, recovery, and overall well-being.
Her teaching approach emphasizes functional movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, with an added focus on supporting lymphatic circulation and healthy blood flowkey components in detoxification, recovery, and the body's ability to function efficiently. Through intentional movement and breath, her classes are designed to help the body move fluids effectively, reduce stagnation, and support overall vitality.
Over the years, Jenni expanded her work through community collaborations, leading yoga classes and wellness experiences at breweries, wineries, restaurants, and private events. She later transitioned into her own independent studio work, continuing to grow her practice while refining her integrative, body-aware approach.
Jenni is excited to bring her experience and holistic perspective to this new training facility, working alongside personal trainers to support performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Brandon Cheeks
Owner & Lead Performance Coach | 3R Personal Training
Brandon Cheeks is the owner and lead performance coach of 3R Personal Training at The Hangar. With over 15 years of experience, Brandon has worked with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, specializing in strength development, injury prevention, and long-term athletic performance.
He holds multiple NASM certifications, including Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement, and is currently completing his Master's degree in Kinesiology (Strength & Conditioning). Brandon's coaching approach is athlete-first and detail-driven, emphasizing proper movement, durability, and confidence in the weight room.
Brandon is known for creating structured, progressive training environments that help athletes build strong foundations and prepare their bodies to perform at a high levelsafely and sustainably.

Eric
Lead Physical Therapist
Eric grew up in the Bay Area, participating in a wide range of sports and martial arts from a young age. He fell in love with San Diego during his time at UC San Diego and, after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2020, returned to serve the San Diego athletic community.
Eric has worked with individuals across the full spectrum of performance and recoveryfrom critically ill patients in the ICU to elite athletes, including those competing at the MLB level. His approach emphasizes not just injury rehabilitation, but building durable, resilient bodies that move efficiently and perform with confidence.
He is passionate about helping active individuals understand their bodies, train intelligently, and return to sport stronger than before. In his free time, Eric enjoys climbing, surfing, yoga, reading sci-fi and fantasy, and travelingactivities that continue to shape his perspective as both a clinician and an athlete.
